This is an all-over fish pattern shirt released by the manufacturer BASCO Sportswear in the 90s.
It features a burgundy base color and is made of a very nice fabric.
It is 100% rayon, with a beautiful drape, making it comfortable and soft against the skin.
I personally think it would look good with shorts in the summer.
