These are Gurank's cotton-hemp shorts.
They are crafted to recreate the tough fabric feel of thick count yarn used in 1960s workwear.
The 12oz original oxford fabric combines thick cotton yarn and hemp.
The hemp is waxed and woven to easily create the characteristic slubs.
The material has a very appealing texture due to product sulfur dyeing and bio-washing.

The buttons are custom-made iron tack buttons. Since they are unpainted iron, they will gradually rust with use, and as the fabric fades, they will develop a more rugged and unique appearance.
